2009 Scheduling Meeting Info
The league scheduling meeting will be held on Nov 10 at the Libertyville Sports Complex. Each program should send to 2 representatives to the meeting. Here are some helpful tips for a successful scheduling session.
Programs should have the following information:- Dates available for home games and locations (should have at least 7 dates, 9 or 10 is much better in order to schedule the divisional games)
- Know blocked dates due to tournaments, major school functions, etc.
- Have 2 people available
- Be prompt and prepared
Each division will be together at a table. The program with the least amount of home gym availability will go first.
