How are the division rankings determined?

Currently, the rankings are determined using the following criteria:

Division winning percentage
Head to head winning percentage against teams with same record
Head to Head point differential per game (more is better)
Division point differential per game (more is better)

Note: point differential calculations is limited to 15 points per game. Therefore, the Point differential column in the standings may not equal "Points Made" minus "Points Allowed".
